The chocolate that inspired us when we brewed our La Rosa Negra variety. Made from 50% Peruvian cocoa, with the addition of organic Damascus rose, raspberries and black pepper. It has a refined rose aroma that does not dominate, but delicately complements the taste. The girls do not add raspberries in pieces, but carefully rub them into the cocoa mass.. Soft berry flavor, light sourness, moderate sweetness. No milk - only cashews and oats. Sweetened with coconut sugar. Eco-packaging.
