Unlike our previous tomato gose, which leaned more toward pickle brine and fermented tomato character, this one is all about the juice itself. Rich, savory, and full of ripe tomato character, it balances soft acidity with a clean touch of salt. The sriracha acts more like a seasoning than a source of heat, adding a peppery aroma and just a gentle kick, enough to keep things lively, but nowhere near a full-on fire alarm.
