Our version of traditional Norwegian Kornøl, a raw ale brewed without boiling, with a pinch of juniper. We took this base but added a little Ukrainian twist — rye malt and coriander seeds. The result is a malty, bread-like ale with a slight rye sourness and spicy notes. Something between Scandinavian tradition and our vision. A kind of beer-hello across the centuries.
