Farmhouse is an interesting and authentic beer in itself. And this one we decided to ferment with natural, hand-picked birch sap (50%) and to age it in fermentation tanks with the addition of Brettanomyces for more than 12 months. The composition is barley and wheat malt, malt extract. At the end we have a slightly spicy, multilayered farmhouse with notes of field herbs and garden berries, malt, fresh milk and a slight sweetness in the taste.
