VARVAR x NORTH SMOKED STOUT

The collaboration Smoked Stout from the masters of North Brewing Co. and Varvar Brew (Ukrainian version) is ready. Paying tribute to the season, we decided to brew a typically wintery, strong and dark stout first. A mixture of smoked and chocolate malts gives a warm and rich flavor palette, which is only emphasized by smoky-sweet prunes. The result is balanced with a pleasant bitterness. We would drink it sitting in front of the fireplace and looking at the heather wilderness outside the window... But it's also good with just beer, walnut cookies, and a blanket.t
