Our brewers have long wanted to brew this style of beer. It should have a fairly rich hop aroma, a rounded body, and yet be dry, fresh, and mildly bitter. And then it appeared. The first impression is the color: light golden, clear. The aroma is of wild herbs, pine needles, and restrained citrus. The beer is drinkable, crisp, without malt sweetness. So don't be afraid of this wolf, it's not scary at all.
