Solidol Invergordon

We aged this barleywine in barrels of Invergordon grain whiskey from the Highland region. Although the whiskey itself has a restrained character, the beer tastes generous: it has deep maltiness, caramel, and dried fruits with a light tobacco trail. The aroma includes wood, vanilla and a subtle whiskey smoke. Solidol in this version is warming, mature and truly atmospheric.
