KSANTA FRESH HOP

Ksanta Fresh Hop is a West Coast IPA brewed with the Ukrainian hop — Ksanta. We handpicked it ourselves in September in the Zhytomyr region. This IPA is a fresh/wet hop. We added the hop immediately after harvesting during whirlpool and on a dry-hopping stage, as whole cones. This beer is a light-golden hue with a bright citrus note, a hint of herbaceousness, and a pleasant bitter, dry aftertaste
