CELEBRATE!

This atypical time continues, and we thought why not make an atypical beer for this year's St. Patrick's Day celebration. It shouldn't be the expected stout or red ale, not a word about leprechauns, whiskey and clover. But it had to be about celebration, so we named it that and brewed a strong ale. We wanted it to be a nice strong ale, but not so strong that the celebration would be limited to 1-2 glasses. And even more interestingly, it has bergamot notes.
