BACK TO ORIGINS

We conceived this collab with the German magician and Schneeeule brewer Ulrika a long time ago, brewed it back in March, and now, finally, its time has come. Back to the roots - to the Berliner weisses they once were, with brett, wild yeast, a touch of funk, and not just light sour, as we were all told until recently. Back to the roots - when beer was brewed mainly by women, and we brewed this beer in the company of our fans at the traditional March 8 joint brew. Back to the roots and forward to the future, where there is a place for all kinds of beer.
