If you notice that this is the lightest beer we've ever made, that's true, but that's not what we were aiming for. This Berliner Weisse, which we decided to make in a series with different fruits, has lactose for the body and nitrogen saturation for an even more fantastic, velvety texture. This is the technology we wanted to test - not the nitrogen tap, but the saturation of the beer in the process. And for this lush, creamy foam, we named it Schaum, "foam" in German, after all, it comes from Berlin. But enough of the technological details, believe us - it's beautiful. Raspberry version
