Our Leedripuu Elderflower Saison Ale is finally ready! To make it, our team got up as early as possible during the elderflower blooming season and covered themselves in fragrant pollen. And despite the fact that this was one of our first attempts to work with such a delicate ingredient, the result pleased us with a light floral-honey aroma and delicate, crisp taste. We recommend choosing young cheeses, fruits and light seafood snacks as an accompaniment for this ale.
